Our Purpose
|

Our goal is to help people find satisfaction in their work lives, and through that, find greater personal fulfillment. This may take the form of seeking opportunities as a full time or part time employee, a professional or a manager. Our program provides both group and individual guidance in making a successful career transition. We offer members of the congregation a place to discuss career concerns in a comfortable, supportive and confidential environment. |

Why Is Your Career Important?

Employed individuals spend significant amounts of their waking lives in the workplace. Because of this, and of work’s importance to people's identity and livelihood, careers can be a major source of satisfaction, as well as dissatisfaction. If we are dissatisfied, it can easily affect our productivity, outlook, finances and even our relationships with those who mean the most to us. Ultimately, through career consulting and guidance, we strive to assist people in making choices that enable their occupational, interpersonal and spiritual lives to thrive. |
