Document Library

This page is intended to provide our members and community with easy access to frequently used or requested APC documentation and forms. If you have questions about any of these documents, their contents or use please contact the church office for further assistance.

APC Congregational Bylaws - Approved by the congregation during the congregational meeting held 11/16/11 in conjunction with the approval of the new Book of Order.

2010 Budget Expenses / 2011 Approved Budget - Your generosity is providing for incredible ministry to happen. Your giving provides for weekly public worship, Christian education, fellowship and nurture for all ages, mission work both near and far way, and a facility that is used throughout the week by the congregation and community.

Baptism Request Form - Please complete this request form for all Baptism requests at Alpharetta Presbyterian Church. Once completed please return the request form to Carol Sweet in the church office.

Child and Youth Safety Policy - APC provides a safe and caring environment for our children and youth. This policy protects children and youth from sexual, physical, verbal and emotional abuse. This policy also establishes protection standards for approved volunteers and staff.

Child and Youth Volunteer Forms - These forms are required to be completed by anyone working with children or youth at APC as a part of the Child and Youth Safety Policy. Please complete the Child / Youth Volunter Form and the Background Check Consent Forms in their entirety, and then return them to the church office. Child / Youth Volunteer Form, Background Check Consent Form, Statement of Understanding & Agreement.

Children's Ministry Covenant form - This document reminds us that Jesus said, “ Let the Little Children Come Unto Me”. We are his disciples called to reach out to others and grow the community of faith.

Facilities Use Policy - The purpose of the facility use policy is to communicate processes and procedures necessary to be good stewards of God’s facility that is in such heavy demand. This stewardship has many dimensions but it primarily involves providing a safe and well maintained facility that allows the church to carry out its mission.

Funeral and Memorial Service Guidelines - The Church welcomes requests for a service of Christian Worship at the time of death. Offering "A Service of Witness to the Resurrection" for the family and loved ones of the deceased is an important ministry of the congregation as it seeks to provide comfort, hope, and faith for those who mourn.

Memorial Garden Policy - Dedicated on Sunday, November 28, 2010, the Alpharetta Presbyterian Church (APC) Memorial Garden (hereinafter “The Garden”) was commissioned by the Session upon the request of the congregation. The Garden provides a beautiful outdoor location for the common interment of ash remains within guidelines specified below. It is a place for remembrance, thanksgiving, prayer, reflection, and small gatherings for worship. It is in the spirit of closing the ministry from birth to death that this garden has been created.

Youth Ministry Covenant formWhen volunteering with APC youth, we accept this role as a privilege. The linked document covers APC policy, youth development, and defines our youth fellowship.
